Q:

What is your return policy?
A: All the items in our store are having the same return policy. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of invoice. You can request for refund if the item is unused and all the packaging are intact. Discount items are not re-fundable. Instead of refund, you can also choose re-sent. The shipping cost for the return will be beared by you, the buyer. In both situation, you will need to return the item to us. Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without our prior agreement will not be handled.
Q: How can I contact you for a return?
A: You can click "Contact Us" at the top of this page and fill up the info. Please mention (1) Reason for Return (2) If it is the item problem, please descripbe in detail about the problem (3) Do you prefer re-sent or refund
Q: How long will I get response from you?
A: We will reply you within 2 business days. We count our business Day as Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business/working days. We are off for all the public holidays here in Hong Kong.
